How our booking works
We aim to keep administration simple so you can focus on clinical work.

Minimum Commitment: We prefer clinicians looking for long-term stability (6-month minimum preferred).

The Schedule: Rooms are hired in full-day or half-day weekly blocks or 3-hourly evening blocks. Once you secure a day (e.g., Wednesdays), that day is exclusively yours until you give notice.

Inclusions: All outgoings (electricity, internet, cleaning of common areas) are included in your weekly rate.
Rates
Sub-Lease payment is payable by the 1st of each calendar month in advance for each month. (amounts payable are calculated on a calendar month). An invoice will be sent to you at the end of the previous month. If, in addition to your permanent sub-lease you have also used some casual timeslots/days (or hired the group room) in the previous month, this will be added to your invoice.

THERAPY ROOM – FULL DAY
Therapy Room (full day – 0700hrs to 1700hrs)
1 day a week is $122 + GST
2 days a week is $ 232 + GST
3 days a week is $329 + GST
4 days a week is $415 + GST
Exclusive use: 7 days a week $488 + GST. Two clinicians can share the cost of a room for their exclusive use, provided both have signed an agreement with KTH, and they manage the logistics and use of the room between themselves.

Mornings (0700 to 1200hrs)
1 morning $90 + GST
2 morning $171 + GST
3 mornings $243 + GST
Afternoons (1300hrs to 1700hrs)
1 afternoon $75 + GST
2 afternoons $142 + GST

Evenings (1730hrs to 2030hrs)
1 evening $60 + GST
2 evenings $114 + GST

Group Room
Full day 0700hrs to 1700hrs – $200 +GST
